The Spaulding Leadership Institute (SLI), a Colorado based 501c(3) non-profit, is an umbrella organization that operates several unique leadership development programs. Our mission is to develop and implement cutting edge leadership programs that inspire servant leadership, citizenship and community and global understanding.

National Leadership Academy

National Leadership Academy is a Colorado based non-profit youth program providing leadership training to high school students. National Leadership Academy’s mission is to develop civic and service minded young leaders by engaging them in their local communities. Students participate in leadership training, service learning, global understanding and civic engagement.

Kid’s Challenge

Kid’s Challenge is a Colorado based non-profit program for elementary and middle school students whose mission is to develop young leaders with a sense of compassion, giving and community. Kid’s Challenge partners with local school districts to deliver a high caliber leadership development curriculum that equips and engages students with communication skills, civic understanding, community service and philanthropy.
